La Bastille
The house restaurant carries the name the square bore for a century. It is open to residents and to the people of Oran alike.
The dining room occupies the ground floor, under an original ceiling height. Drop chandeliers, medallion chairs, white linen, and the tall windows that give onto the square.
Mediterranean cooking, resting on produce from the Oran region and on classic service recipes.
